ANTIA AQUARIUM SILICONE A434

General Information: ANTIA Aquarium Silicone is one-component acid-curing silicone sealant with excellent mechanical properties and primerless adhesion to most non-porous siliceous material. High curing rate for construction of aquariums and industrial applications. Cures at room temperature under the action of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber. •Non-sag. •Special high-viscosity paste. •Easy gunnability. •Quickly becomes tack-free. •Low shrinkage during vulcanization. •Good tooling properties. •Flexible at low (-40ºC) and high temperatures. (+180ºC)
Application: Sealing of joints exposed to high mechanical loads, sealing of joints which need to quickly build up mechanical strength. Suitable for the construction of aquariums which meet the requirements of DIN 32 622. The bond thickness must be at least 1 mm. During curing the temperature should be between +5ºC and +40ºC. Suitable for use in glazing and industrial applications and for the construction of silos and containers.
Directions for Use: •Make sure the surface to be applied is dry and clean, free of dust, dirt, rust and grease. •Cut the cartridge tip and place it in the gun, apply the silicone over the surface in strip form. •Clean any silicone residue simply with soapy water.
Safety: Keep away from reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Prolonged exposure to vapors may harm respiratory system. Store in a cool and dry place.
Expiry Date: 18 months after production date.
